In the league, my team Oyuga United had a flying start wining the first match 7-0. We were top of the league for a glorious week, but this weekend we lost 4-0. This means that we are in 4th, a position I'm pleased with.
My next match is against Siggerud skauen IL, they are in 7th with zero points, so hopefully I can win this match.

Hattrick Cup Round 2
As I predicted, the second round match against Geir junior United would result in a loss, the game ended with a 6-0 scoreline in favour of Gj United.

Hattrick Cup Round 1

My team performed well in this match, scoring 8 goals and progressing to round 2 in the Hattrick Cup. I should mention that my opposition suffered some injuries during the match and didn't have subs, but before this happened my team had already scored 3 goals.
In round 2, my team will meet Geir junior United. A match I will probably loose, because Gj United should be a better team. They play in the 3rd division, while my team plays in the 6th divison. But cup is cup.

Hattrick update
I managed to avoid relegation last season, and this weekend the new season is stating. Hopefully I can make some progress, and not fight against relegation this season. And the cup is starting today, I have no expectations in this competition, every match in the cup is a bonus. I will post the result later today.

Match Result
Today. Ouyuga United played a match against Bergen United, and I'm glad to report that my team, Oyuga United won 4-0.
In the 37th minute Alonso Botero scored the first goal. David Ardaya scored next, with a beautiful volley shot in the 62th minute. He also scored in the friendly match we played earlier in the week. Usher Callebaut followed next, with his second goal of the season, in the 76th minute. Brendon Gauvain who also scored in the friendly, did it again and finished of Bergen United with his 4-0 goal in the 83rd minute.
Below are the new standings in the bottom of the league, with 3 matches left in the season.

My next league match is next Saturday, and I will play Stoichkov FK at home. But, on Wednesday I will play against the Mexican team Zitrovlac, hopefully we will win this match too.

Tomorrow's Match

International Friendly
Today I arranged for my team, Oyuga United, to play another international friendly. Earlier this week my team went to Germany and played a match, unfortunately we lost 3-2.
Next week, we will not travel abroad to play, the game will be played at my home ground. And we are playing against Zitrovlac from Mexico. Hopefully, we can win this match in front of our home crowd.
The game is scheduled for November 1st at 16.00 CET, and I'll let you know how it goes.

Match result
Moments ago the match between Sockentreter 05 and Oyuga United ended. And I'm sorry to report that I lost 3-2.
Sockentreter 05 scored in the 14th and 18th minute, and had a 2-0 lead at half-time.
In the second-half my team Oyuga United equalized the match with goals by Brendon Gauvain (49) and David Ardaya (50). It looked like my team had a chance to win, but when Arild Pettersen was red carded in the 63 minute, my chances dropped.
Five minutes after my player was sent off, Sockentreter 05 scored their winning goal. My team managed to produce several chances after this, but David Ardaya did not manage to score again.
All in all, I'm satisfied with my teams performance in the match. Only four players from my regular lineup played the match, so most of my substitutes did a good job.

by the way
By the way, this is Bryne FK forward Paul Oyuga, he is my favoritte player on the team. Now you probably see why I have named my Hattrick team Oyuga United.
But unfortunally he will not be playing in tomorrows match, due to recieving a yellow card last game. That was his 7th yellow card this season, so he will miss this important match.

Hattrick
Hattrick is a online fantasy football manager game, that I play. I have not played very long, so I'm not very good, but I'm learning. My team is Oyuga United (1072603), so everyone reading this blog can look forward to updates on how my team is doing. I'm currently in 8th position (that is at the bottom o the table), I have five matches left in the season and I hope to climb up the table.
